The Medical Devices Kick Off Sales Meeting took place in Carton House on 25th & 26th April 2018. This event brought together the Sales teams from ROI, NI and UK. The event was a great success and culminated in dinner and awards to mark the successes across the business.
As part of the team activity on the day, groups were tasked with creating a “big picture” approach to creating a pre-prepared image without knowing what the final result was. This involved working within their teams and collaboratively across other teams to effectively understand what was required to complete their section of the artwork. There was a lot of creativity and healthy competition on show! The result of the hard work is illustrated in the attached Masterpiece.
While the Sales teams were rewarded for their success on the day, it should also be noted that none of this would be possible without the support of internal departments in the organisation, so thank you all for your hard work and we look forward to continued success.
