LEADERSHIP AT FANNIN
Harry Keenan is Managing Director of DCC Vital, the parent group of pharmaceutical, devices and logistics businesses that includes Fannin. Harry brings a wealth of healthcare leadership experience to DCC Vital having served as General Manager Western Europe Smaller Markets and most recently as General Manager of Baxter UK and Ireland. Harry has built extensive industry relations in Britain, serving as a director of the ABHI and as co-chair of the Ministerial Medical Technology Strategy Group (MMTSG) and Earl Howe, Minister of State for Health. He also served as a council member of the CBI South East England.
Leslie Deacon is the Group Finance Director and has been with the Company since 2002. A chartered accountant, Leslie has wide ranging industry experience in companies such as Bord Na Mona prior to joining Fannin.
Pat Tracey is our Group Operations Director and has spent 30 years in the Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical sectors. Pat joined Fannin in 2003 and prior to this spent 14 years in Pharmaceutical distribution including 6 years as MD of Cahill May Roberts a leading wholesaler and subsidiary of Celesio A.G.. Pat also spent 16 years in various Sales and Marketing management roles across the Medical devices industry with Fannin and previously with companies such as Baxter and Hollister.
Debashis Dasgupta is Managing Director of DCC Pharma and joined the Group in June 2017. Debashis brings to this position vast experience and a strong track record of success within the pharma generics market. He joins us from Sanofi where he was leading the Generics business for the last four years in Africa, ME, CIS & South Asian region. In addition, he also had responsibility for Trade Management across all of Sanofi’s pharma range in Emerging markets. Prior to Sanofi, Debashis had a successful career in Ranbaxy where he progressed through a number of senior positions. Debashis was born in India and has travelled and lived internationally extensively over a 30 year career in Life Sciences.
Rory O’Riordan is the Special Projects Director Pharma and brings 24 years of international experience in branded and generic pharmaceuticals to Fannin. He has a wide range of skills and experience including manufacturing, finance, business development, operations and general management. A qualified pharmacist, Rory has worked for companies such as Clonmel Healthcare where he has served as CEO, Stada and most recently as Managing Director of Phoenix Healthcare. Rory has also acted as the President of the European Generics Association which represents over 400 companies.
Enda Scott is Managing Director of DCC Vital Medical Devices and has spent over 15 years working in the pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical services sectors. Enda worked in sales, marketing and management roles within the pharmaceutical industry before joining UDG Healthcare plc where he served in various roles including Managing Director of Sharp Packaging and Managing Director of Ashfield Healthcare UK, both divisions within UDG Healthcare.
Sarah O’Neill is Group Technical Director for DCC Vital and has been with the organisation since 2003. With over 20 years in the healthcare industry in a variety of roles including sales, marketing and technical functions such as quality, regulatory, pharmacovigilance and medical information, Sarah is responsible for Quality, Regulatory and EHS across the group. DCC Vital’s Technical organisation supports certification spanning a broad range of ISO standards (9001, 13485, 17025, 14001, 18001), GxP compliance and business development support.
Olwyn is our Group HR Director having joined DCC Vital in 2012. Olwyn has over 15 years’ experience in a variety of HR business partnering and talent management roles. Previously Olwyn worked in the IT and Telecoms sector with companies including Esat Telecom and BT.
