The LOTUS Plug’n Play concept comprises ease of use and compact, lightweight construction of the generator. The LG4 generator has three power levels, an innovative power display as well as automatic instrument recognition. The LG4 is optionally activated by handpiece or foot switch.
The LOTUS Series 4 ultrasonic surgical system and its accessories are indicated for soft tissue surgical incisions when bleeding control and minimal thermal injury are important. The Lotus Series 4 ultrasonic surgical system and accessories may be used as an adjunct to or substitute for electrosurgery, laser surgery and traditional scalpels in general, gynaecological and thoracic surgery, and involvement of orthopaedic structures (such as a hip joint).
