Fannin UK Strengthens Its Medical Devices Market Position Through The Integration Of ISKUS Health UK

Fannin UK, a leading provider of medical devices, has officially completed its integration with ISKUS Health UK, following regulatory approval from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. The move broadens Fannin UK’s portfolio of medical devices and solutions, providing healthcare providers across the UK with improved access to a wider range of innovative, high-quality products.
Established in 2012 as part of the ISKUS Health Group, ISKUS Health UK has earned a reputation as a trusted supplier of medical and surgical devices, consumables and sterile single-use products. The integration of Fannin UK’s scale and expertise with ISKUS Health UK’s clinical focus enhances patient safety, efficiency, and overall care outcomes, while offering a market-leading product portfolio. The combined sales team brings extensive experience, dedicated to “Improving Patient Outcomes” through clinically differentiated, cost-effective solutions for healthcare providers.
As part of the integration, Stuart Murray, co-founder and former Commercial Director within the ISKUS Health Group, will now assume the role of Commercial Director of Fannin UK & International Surgical Division. Bringing more than 25 years of experience in the UK and International healthcare markets, he joins Fannin alongside the wider ISKUS Health UK sales team, which will be fully integrated to further strengthen the company’s nationwide sales capacity while maintaining seamless customer relationships.
“Joining Fannin UK is an exciting step for ISKUS Health UK,” said Stuart Murray, Commercial Director of the Fannin Surgical Division. “Our team has been fully integrated into Fannin UK’s sales divisions and territories, enabling customers to benefit from Fannin’s broader resources, logistics capabilities and UK-wide support, while maintaining access to the superb range of ISKUS Health products. This integration ensures continuity of experience and relationships with healthcare providers across the UK.”
ISKUS Health UK adds several key product ranges to the Fannin portfolio, including the revolutionary Kurin Jet blood culture collection system, Swash patient hygiene products, DryMax fluid-control floor mats, Tecnodrape Iodine surgical incise drapes, Tracheostomy and Wound drainage products from Primed, an extensive range of non-sterile clinical apparel, surgical draping solutions, procedure kits and much more. These product additions further strengthen Fannin UK’s ability to provide comprehensive, high-quality medical device solutions across surgical and acute care clinical settings.
“This integration represents a significant milestone for both organisations and most importantly, for the healthcare professionals and patients we serve,” commented Chris Soanes, Managing Director at Fannin UK. “By combining ISKUS Health UK’s surgical expertise with Fannin UK’s extensive portfolio, we are enhancing our ability to provide comprehensive, reliable solutions to the UK healthcare sector.”
The ISKUS Health UK team will be fully integrated into the Fannin UK business, ensuring existing customers retain access to high-quality support and ongoing service continuity.
