The Probetection™ line, manufactured by Palmedic and brought to you by Fannin UK, includes sterile ultrasound transducer covers and cover kits for (TOE/TEE) transducers for adults, paediatrics and neonatal patients.
The Probetection™ products are available as a single packed cover, a single packed cover on an applicator, or as a complete kit. For these particular TOE / TEE procedures Palmedic offers a complete line of ultrasound transducer covers to protect the patients and healthcare workers against cross contamination.

- Sterile, single-use TOE/TEE probe covers manufactured from high quality, durable polyurethane
- Tip: 16 mm over 400 mm in length, tapered to 31 mm over 700 mm in length | Total length: 1100 mm
- Unique ‘Easi’ applicator – quick and efficient insertion of ultrasound transmission gel and smooth release of cover. Applicator fits securely onto most control handles
- Extended 10 ml syringe pre-loaded with ultrasound transmission gel
- Bite guard included
- Latex-free
- 3-year shelf life
