Magnet Options for Magnetic Black-Star®

The Magnetic Black-Star® ureteral stent features a biocompatible magnet, secured at the bladder-side pigtail via a thread. This design facilitates magnetic retrieval after temporary placement.

Magnet Sizes:
The selection of magnet size depends on the insertion technique and the patient’s anatomy.

• XS: 4.8 FR / 3.5 mm magnet length

• S: 7 FR / 3.5 mm magnet length

• L: 9 FR / 4.5 mm magnet length
